Mobile phones not good for children: Study

According to a new study, mobile phones emit electromagnetic fields which may not be safe for children. The study therefore is in a favor that children should be kept away from the mobile phone or given limited access.

The study found that electromagnetic radiation of a significant level emitted by the mobile phone does enter into the human body. Though there is not much significant data available and more research need to be done until then the mobile phones should be considered not-safe.

Though the radiation that penetrated the human body especially the brain, did not have much effect on adults, children’s however were more susceptible.
Dr David Servan-Schreiber, head – research team said “What we found was astounding and much more concerning that what we had been led to believe”.

Though the result of this study may not provide sufficient reasoning with more research to be done, as a precaution parents should avoid their children using a mobile phones.
